This class is for those with some yoga experience.
It is designed to develop and extend asana practice. Students continue to consolidate the basics and are introduced to newer poses such as inversions and backbends. Basic yoga philosophy will be introduced.
We will incorporate the Beginners syllabus as well as work from Level 1 and 2 for more advanced practitioners.
